Terms of Use

1. Introductory provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations of users of the website www.novaosmicka.cz (the "Website") and the EightID user account service. The operator of the Website and provider of the service is Love production s.r.o., ID No. 02763052, with its registered office at Revoluční 3810, Frýdek, 738 01 Frýdek-Místek. By using the Website or creating an EightID account, you agree to these Terms.

2. EightID account

EightID is a user account that enables access to Website features and Nová Osmička services (e.g., ticket purchases, following organisations, favourite events, event check-in via QR codes, and notification settings). Access to free Wi-Fi in the venue requires login via an EightID account. Ticket sales are provided through ENIGOO s.r.o.; when purchasing tickets, necessary identification and contact data of the EightID user may be transferred to this company for the purpose of concluding and performing the purchase contract. Wi-Fi connection logs (including device MAC address and related technical operational data) are stored in the EightID database for 6 months. By registering, you undertake to provide truthful and up-to-date information, protect your login credentials, and not allow access to third parties. One user may have only one account.

3. User obligations

The user undertakes to use the Website and EightID account in compliance with the laws of the Czech Republic and good morals. In particular, the user undertakes not to use the services for unlawful purposes, not to distribute harmful content, not to interfere with Website security, and not to attempt unauthorised access to the operator's systems. Breach of these obligations may lead to restriction, suspension, or termination of the account.

4. Intellectual property

All content available on the Website (in particular texts, photographs, graphics, logos, software, and databases) is protected by intellectual property rights. Without prior written consent of the operator, it is not permitted to copy, modify, publicly distribute, or otherwise commercially use the content, except where permitted by statutory licence exceptions.

5. Limitation of liability

The operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and security of the Website, but is not liable for temporary unavailability of services caused by technical issues, maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. Personal data protection

Personal data processing is governed by a separate Privacy Policy document available on the Privacy page. That document describes in particular the scope, purposes, legal bases of processing, retention periods, and the rights of data subjects under GDPR. By creating an EightID account, you acknowledge this.

7. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The operator reserves the right to reasonably amend or supplement the Terms, in particular in the event of changes to services, legal regulations, or technical operating conditions. Users will be informed of material changes via the Website, email, or account notification. By continuing to use the services after the changes become effective, you express your agreement with the current version of the Terms.
